Meeting reflection
Meeting skill is an important for
employees in their future jobs so I’m going to write a reflection about our
group meeting in general, how we did it, is it good or bad, effective or not also
I will talk about the difference between our practice meeting and the graded
meeting and in the end I will write about what we accomplished after the
meeting and how it will develop my abilities.
On the October 30th 2012on
12:55 PM we had a meeting on J 06 at the ADMC campus and our members of the
group are; the chairmen: Mohamed Awadh, the Minute’s takers: Ahmed Abdulla and
Ahmed Tariq as a participant. Our main topic was about Student
Enrolment in ADMC. The topic was very interesting for us to discuss because of
significant decline in students in ADMC.We discussed many points like high
school graduation percentage, Adding new majors in college, mix gender, Stipend each semester for students, Entertainment.
The
difference between the practice and graded meeting that is we chose it but the
graded one is like a surprise for us and participants are less stress than the
graded meeting.
Finally,
our meeting marched on the right path; in my opinion if we have the topic before
1 hour we could have a better chance to have better results, although my
opinion was negative it will help in the future to have a good product.
